Wat als mijn bestelling beschadigd aankomt of als er onderdelen ontbreken?
Neem contact op met iKAGOO binnen 7 kalenderdagen na levering en bewaar de originele verpakking, verzendlabel, accessoires en het product.
Gelieve duidelijke foto’s of video’s aan te leveren waarop het volgende te zien is:
- De buitenverpakking en het verzendetiket
- Zichtbare verpakkingsschade
- Het product en het getroffen gebied
- Alle accessoires en bedrading ontvangen
Na verificatie kan iKAGOO een verzending van ontbrekende onderdelen, vervanging, reparatie, restitutie of een andere redelijke oplossing regelen.

Wat als ik de verkeerde versie heb besteld of mijn bestelling moet wijzigen?
Neem zo snel mogelijk en vóór installatie contact op met iKAGOO. Voor adres-, voertuigconfiguratie- of productwijzigingen kunt u ons het beste binnen 12 uur na het plaatsen van de bestelling.
Een ruil of retour kan worden goedgekeurd wanneer een onjuist geselecteerd product ongebruikt, niet geïnstalleerd, compleet en geschikt voor wederverkoop blijft. Klanten zijn doorgaans verantwoordelijk voor relevante verzendkosten en prijsverschillen.
Voertuigspecifieke producten kunnen kort na betaling in inkoop, programmering, testen of configuratie gaan. Zodra de voorbereiding of verzending is gestart, kan annulering niet langer mogelijk zijn, of kunnen redelijke reeds gemaakte kosten worden afgetrokken.

Wat is inbegrepen in het pakket?

Afhankelijk van het product kan het pakket het hoofdapparaat, voertuigspecifieke bedradingskabels, CANBUS-interface, adapters, USB-kabels, antennes, microfoons, montagemateriaal of andere vereiste installatieaccessoires bevatten.

Ik heb dit in mijn A3 hatchback uit 2016 geïnstalleerd. Een echte plug-and-play-kabelboom en het instrumentenpaneel synchroniseerde direct met het CAN-systeem – snelheid, toerental, brandstofverbruik en temperaturen zijn allemaal nauwkeurig. Helder 12,3-inch scherm dat bij daglicht helemaal niet schittert. Ziet eruit alsof het standaard is.

Voor deze prijs is dit digitale instrumentenpaneel een koopje! Ik heb het in mijn A3 uit 2015 laten installeren en het 12,3-inch scherm ziet er fantastisch uit. Het is perfect voor modern rijden met draadloos CarPlay en realtime rijgegevens. De installatie verliep vlekkeloos en het product werd snel geleverd met DDP-belastingen vooraf betaald, dus geen verrassingen bij de douane.

Ik heb lang getwijfeld, want dit soort dingen zien er vaak alleen op foto’s goed uit. En ik heb geen geduld voor verbouwingen die achteraf meer irriteren dan dat ze helpen.
Na de installatie merk je meteen dat het interieur van de auto er „nieuwer” uitziet. Het scherm is goed leesbaar en de indeling van de informatie ziet er modern en overzichtelijk uit. Ik vind het ook fijn dat het eruitziet als een origineel onderdeel, zonder dat het goedkoop aandoet. En „Wireless CarPlay ready” is voor mij echt een uitkomst – ik hoef niet steeds met kabels te rommelen. DDP is ook belangrijk: geen stress over extra kosten.
Je moet wel wat tijd uittrekken voor de installatie. Wie alles meteen wil, raakt gefrustreerd.

Eerlijk gezegd was ik het beu om een “ouderwets” dashboard te zien in een auto die verder nog steeds heerlijk rijdt. Elke dag weer dat gevoel: een moderne auto, maar met een display dat uit een ander tijdperk lijkt te komen.
Zodra het is geïnstalleerd, verandert de sfeer. Het ziet er meer als een fabrieksonderdeel uit dan ik had verwacht; de grafische weergave is strak en de informatie is uitstekend leesbaar. De realtime rijgegevens zijn duidelijker en vooral het “Wireless CarPlay ready”-gedeelte is echt een uitkomst: minder stress, minder kabels, natuurlijker. Ook de DDP heeft me opgelucht, want ik heb een hekel aan verrassingen met de douane en de koerier.
